Venus Valencia lounged by the pool, her bronzed skin glistening under the Miami sun. She dipped her toes into the cool water, sending ripples across the surface. Peter Green, the handsome stranger who had moved in next door, reclined beside her, his eyes hidden behind dark sunglasses, but she could feel his gaze tracing every curve of her body. "Fancy a dip?" "Why don’t we take this inside?" she whispered, her voice dripping with suggestion. The heat between them had nothing to do with the sun. Peter’s grin widened, and without a word, he stood up, offering her his hand. Venus took it, feeling a jolt of electricity as their fingers intertwined. They moved inside, the cool air of the villa doing nothing to quell the fire burning between them. The door closed behind them with a soft click, and in the dim light of the living room, their lips finally met, igniting a passion that neither of them had anticipated but both had desperately craved.
